This is the foundation of
our practice. We represent hundreds of condominium
associations across the State of Michigan. The scope of

Landlord-Tenant Issues – Commercial and Residential
Our attorneys have
extensive experience in landlord-tenant matters,
including evictions for non-payment of rent. We
have represented association and housing cooperative
clients in Summary Proceedings in many District
Courts throughout the State of Michigan. In
addition, we provide individuals with legal
counseling and representation in lease
interpretation and landlord-tenant disputes.

Companies

members, which governs the key characteristics
of the company, including voting rights,
contribution obligations, capital structure,
